  • This place is the DEVIL hence the little red sign that reads HOT a couple times a day. It's pretty hard to say NO to your inner FAT girl and/or your children when in the area or riding down 521 and that devil light is lit. This place customer service is Hit or Miss. I'm all about teenagers working so I can't really blame it on the teenage majority in staff as my daughter worked in fast food and was always employee of the month as she does what she is suppose to do. These young people just don't listen well and mess up your order often. My last and most recent visit here (Sept. 8, 2017) was extremely annoying. Riding up 521 with my son who saw the sign and I don't always stop but this day I was due for a treat after 8 days no treats so I pulled over and did the drive thru to her two HOT GLAZE as the HOT Devil sign was lit bright. I get to the machine to order and ordered 2 Hot glaze only to be told "We are only doing HOT pumpkin spice it's our features donut". I was so outdone and annoyed I said "Have a Goodnight".
