  • CARS service specialists are very competent and knowledgeable, especially with German cars. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Customer service was friendly, polite, informative and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There is sufficient parking. The location was convenient. The only concern I had with my experience was a follow up for a price on a part for my car - they never called me back. I had to remind their staff to obtain pricing twice. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.
