We received a Groupon as a gift so we decided to stop by for lunch to redeem it. We made a reservation on OpenTable and were promptly seated upon arrival. Then we sat for about 10 minutes before anyone came over to bring us water or ask if we'd like anything to drink. The bartender and came over and apologized for the delay in service. Maybe they were understaffed? I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it took longer to get that than a beer. You'd think they'd be able to pour it in the bar area - instead the bartender had to go to the opposite side of the restaurant. Despite the slow service, everyone we encountered was friendly!
If you're dining with picky eaters, this place has a lot of variety - burgers, sandwiches and salads. Overall, I thought the food was average. The poutine was the best part of our meal. I ordered a burger and a side salad and my boyfriend ordered the hot chicken and sweet potato fries. The burger was fine - no issues. My boyfriend said the hot chicken was good but for those of you who have had Nashville hot chicken - it's not the same. It looked like there was some sort of sauce on it rather than the typical hot breading.
