  • Three stars because both my husband and son found frames here they liked and were happy with the service. I, however, don't care for the selection of women's frames and prefer the East Towne LensCrafters. The west side store is cramped and the lighting makes everyone look awful in the mirrors (I'd think lighting would be so important in a store like this with people trying things on and evaluating their faces). The West Towne LensCrafters used to be the "cool" LensCrafters in Madison with the better brands, etc., but not any more. The LensCrafters at East Towne is larger, has a nicer, wider selection and the lighting is good, thus making me feel good about the evaluation and selection process.
