This place provides reasonable service, but they clearly do not want clients of color to patronize their place of business.
I am African American and they seem in a hurry to get me out of their establishment. They have also attempted to dissuade me from being served there by either exaggerating the wait time, or telling me they don't offer services which I know that they in fact do.
Many of my black family members have complained of similar incidents with Eloquent Nails.
TRUE STORY:
I sent my husband in to ask how long the wait time is for his wife, they said "five minutes." My husband is Caucasian. When I came in directly following him they asked, if I "have an appointment!"
