  • First, DirecTV product is great. The HD channels as well as the content is great. Love it. What I don't love it the absolute incompetent people running the place. I am on my 3rd scheduled visit due to their screw ups the first 2 times. This is time away from work waiting around for them, and I am sick of it. If you go with DirecTV, check your service order several times, because more than likely it will be wrong.
