  • Was in town again for SEMA and some races. Decided to take my friend to Baby Stacks even though he claimed he was so so on pancakes. Well, we got there and we were lucky enough to get Danielle again. (More about that later.) He had the adobo which was awesome and pancakes, I had the Portuguese Sausage and eggs with carrot cake pancakes. It was all awesome. My buddy even commented as he finished his pancakes on how good they were. What a great breakfast. About Danielle, she is a rock star. She remembered me from the week before. She kept everything moving, and was super friendly. She even did what she could to help soothe the baby at the next table who was teething. She even brought the little one a little something to chew on while the food was being cooked. To see this type of warm, welcoming behavior is a beautiful thing to see, especially if you are far from home. Great job. Will I be back? You bet, the next time I roll in to town, I'll be sure to stop by again. Great job folks.
