  • I'm not overly impressed with the customer service I received when I brought my dog in. I'm pretty annoyed that they set no expectations whatsoever in how long I'd be leaving my dog there. Five and a half hours seems awfully excessive. But I must say, they REALLY know what they're doing when it comes down to grooming! I left my dog there and gave them really no direction other than just asking for a hair cut. She finished up looking dog show ready. This is the best grooming she's ever received. Now if only the people skills could match their grooming skills.
