Love Ikea and have for years. We have several pieces of furniture and tons of accessories. I love how they change the store around often to keep things fresh. The fact they offer food too in the cafeteria is great, especially since they set the store up to be a maze you have to complete and it takes hours to get through. There are shortcuts you can take but seriously why? You would miss something. The food is decent, but I would avoid grabbing breakfast food during the transition to lunch. (The stuff I got today was rubbery eggs and hard stale waffles. Should have known better, but it looked good and I was hungry and didn't want to wait. My mistake.) Otherwise most of the food I have had there is good. And the cinnamon roll 6 pack to-go is ALWAYS a must to enjoy the next morning. The reason for 3 stars instead of higher is because of the outrageously long wait time you have to endure if you need customer service. I needed a replacement drawer track and waited 1.5 hours to get one. Kinda ridiculous. Also another thing to keep in mind when shopping at IKEA is the stuff is meant to be assemble yourself cheaper, so it won't last forever like our grandparents stuff. But that doesn't mean it doesn't have its own perks. The kid stuff is great and the fact the furniture is smaller means you can fit more stuff in a smaller space. (It was a life saver in my first house.) the organization stuff is great too. I always end up spending way too much each time I go, but everything does get used. If you love to see the newest styles and want clean/modern furniture IKEA will save you some bucks.
