For this place you have to consider that all other places near by are 2x the cost at least.. The rooms are very small but what do you do in a hotel room that requires tons of space?! There is a lot of parking nearby, I recommend going 2 blocks away to the RBC building, $16 a day. The location really cannot be beat, one block from train station, a few blocks from skydome, and all the bars on king st.
The front desk staff was not too nice though when my friend wanted a tv he could hook the xbox up to. They basically said well if you dont like it we can cancel your rooms and let one of the 7 waiting have them. So yeah they are not very accomodating.
However, to stay in the heart of the city in a clean and decent place for $100 a night or so, that is unbeatable and you can't really expect a 5 star place/treatment for that. Also, the bartender downstairs was nice (sarahfina). If you really want something good to eat there are tons of places nearby.
I do not like how wifi costs money though :(
