  • I can see why reviews for this place can be mixed - the biggest problem with this place is that they're *too* busy (or, at least, lack the number of staff to efficiently help the number of appointments they book). And while I really don't like salespeople hovering over me, I'd still like help when needed (i.e. to have access to a change room when I find something I like). I arrived for my appointment on time, and didn't receive help/wasn't able to try anything on until 45 minutes later. It wasn't that the salesperson was intentionally avoiding me - it was honestly because there were too many people present at the same time, and she couldn't take me on right at my appointment time. But, the saving grace of this store were two things for me: a) their type of selection (you won't have David's Bridal type dresses here - some of the dresses were actually quite nice and unique) and b) their prices. Their off-the-rack dresses were 50% off the ticket price when I visited (mostly around Size 4 to Size 6), which I appreciated. I wanted a very luxe dress but with a not-so-luxe price, and this place actually had a decent collection at a reasonable price point (many under $1000). So, while their selection may be worth checking out, keep in mind that the store is very small and staff is limited, so visit with caution. Also note that the parking lot is super small/tight.
