You get what you pay for in many instances in life and this is no exception. We picked up late at night so there was no one else there but I would imagine during peak times this place is easily overwhelmed.
Our mini van was clean for the most part. Had more miles than your average major brand rental outfit (55K). Brake rotors were warped to the point the van shook violently under heavy braking down a hill. Tires were out if balance and in need of rotation. Bare bones model with no Bluetooth.
Front desk tried to sell full tank then half tank of gas. Full price + $150 deposit charged up front. Both a non-standard practice on the rental industry.
Returned on a Friday night. Almost missed my flight it took so long.
I did save close to $200. But ended up having to walk across street to pick up a subpar condition van with subpar service. Honestly I was not surprised at all. You get what you pay for. That's why I'm giving 3 instead if 4 stars. If your on a tight budget I'd still say they are okay. The can got the job done. Just manage your expectations.
