The resort is trying to court new "owners", but they do a poor job. I would expect better service and clean well maintained rooms. Our room had a fishy odor, and the faucets all drip. We then found the coffee maker was broken so we requested a replacement. When we returned from dinner, another coffee maker had been placed on the counter, and the broken one left in place. To top it off, the new unit still had old coffee in it...
The grounds and pool are very nice, and the fitness center is well equipped. We also used the Spa services , which were fantastic.
With a little better customer service and some maintenance, this facility could be a 4 star.
