  • I made an appointment a week in advance, had a great first experience, then booked a new appointment at my visit in person. When I showed up for my appointment there was no record of the appointment. I showed the girl at the desk my card, which the same girl had written herself the date and time. She said that there was nothing that she could do, and then blamed the computer system. I was mad, but did not want to make a scene in the salon. I proceeded to make a new appointment the following Sat. Later that day I called the Salon hoping to speak to the owner. The owner was not available. I left a message, and 2 days later the owners wife called and left a message. I called back regarding the incident, but never was able to speak to the owner, wife, front desk person, etc. And I never received a call back from the owner or wife, The day before my second scheduled appt. I did not receive a confirmation call, so I called, what do you know, there is no record of my appt. I will never go back, I would suggest others to do the same!
