  • Rude, dishonest, unknowledgeable employees, and flat out disrespectful. I will never use or visit this store again. I went to two other Petsmart stores and before I even finished my explanation of what happened at this (mayo) store the employees at both stores on Frank Lloyd wright and Desert ridge said "they're rude over there huh"? Hey take this advice mayo Petsmart employees if you hate your job then quit!!! Your at a pet store where some people actually love their pets, and don't act like an uncaring, negligent, childish jerk! Take your bad attitudes, and sour piss poor knowledge and go home! Get a cubicle job so you can be miserable alone and you don't have to drag down others. More and more people I talk to say this store by far has the rudest employees they have ever encountered. Fire them all Petsmart clean house there and get some people that actually care about their job and the pets of others and the ones they are selling.
