  • Crooks. Brought my car for tire rotation&oil change, we specifically discussed that my oil change will be $19.99. Got a call from them later trying to sell me alignment, brake jobs, more expensive oil ($55 !!) - the usual crap they sell to people because they think they are idiots. Refused all of those. Came to pick up my car after work and waited for 1 hr 20 min, was last one at the shop. Saw that my car is out and saw the chart brought to the frontdesk a while ago, but the frontdesk guy didn't give it to me for good half hour for no apparent reason. When I asked what's up he finally processed my car and it turned out that he put in the most expensive oil in the shop. Dude, do you really think I can't see you did it on purpose? You couldn't convince me to buy any extras so you thought you'll sneak this in and I won't notice. Then when I noticed, you tried to bullshit me that this is the only option for my car. Cheaters should go out of business. I hope you do.
