  • Came here to help a friend find a car. They had a decent selection, and were fairly square with his price range. The cars were all fairly late-model, and appeared to be in good shape. When we got there, it was apparent that they weren't really selling cars, but were selling financing. Not really a huge surprise, but getting asked whether you've pre-qualified before you've even test-driven a car from there was pretty gross. Of the cars we looked at, one had serious issues with how the bumper was reattached after a wreck. Another car had some panel gaps that were off, and upon closer inspection, had three different tires. This screams "severe car accident." There was significant rust on the undercarriage of a 4WD, which indicates flood damage. The test drives were worse. I found evidence of a spider nest in one car. The second car we drove was stained all over inside. It also had a VERY flat tire, and apparently, the garage's air compressor was broken. That's not very reassuring! The worst part was the sales staff. They were extremely high pressure, flippant, and used some techniques that weren't very pleasant. We left. We won't be back.
