This company has extremely poor customer service. When I had first started working with them a little less than a year ago I was spoke with a girl named Chrystal and she was rude to start. We had communicated a couple of times through emails regarding adding my boyfriend to the insurance for just a short period of time (one week while his car was being repaired). Two months later I was still paying for him to be on the insurance. When I called to check on this issue, I was informed I needed to sign a form to get him taken off. I was never contacted to fill out this form. They sent me the form, backdated and I was assured that the over payment would reflect as a credit to my account. Not only was it not, I was charged the increased rate again for a 3rd month. When I called back Chrystal no longer worked there and they had no evidence of my communications with her. I am out $360 dollars and will not be refunded any of it. Even worse they have paperwork I signed which excluded my boyfriend from my insurance which is backdated, so I am paying for him, but if anything were to happen while he was driving my car it would not be covered. THIS COMPANY HAS INFURIATED ME. SPEND A COUPLE EXTRA DOLLARS A MONTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
