  • This is an open air mall. The stores are air conditioned but you are exposed to the elements as you move about the village. That being said, they do provide plenty of shade spots, some of the stores have misters, and there is a nice splash pad for the little kiddos or big ones if you feel inclined. There are a wide variety of stores, shops, restaurants, and services to accomodate most interests, style, or appetite. Conveniently located just off the 202 at Williams Field road, San Tan Village is minutes away from anywhere in the east valley. My wife and I like to spend an occasional Saturday browsing. We always discover something on sale or something we need. This is why San Tan Village is my favorite shopping mall in the east valley.
