  • Such a bummer. I enjoyed the gentle hang class and purchased a 10 class pass although I live 20 miles away and travel often for work. I mentioned this to the gal at the front desk when I purchased this. Went in to use my pass and a new woman says they have expired and refused to let me use the classes I purchased! She bluntly points to a sign (which was not there when I purchased in February) and says 6 mo this is more than enough time. No zen feeling there and was rude about it. Not the yogi vibe I love about going to a studio. I've referred a few people here and now I wont be returning because of their inflexibility. Bummer.
