  • DREW IS INCREDIBLE Drew is an incredible Manager there and from day one I was tough from him staying open late so that I could buy my MacBook Pro THEN when I broke it a week later he went to the ends of the earth to make things right I've never felt so accommodated or comfortable with service from a store that typically I've never thought twice about..something so Day to day like a Best Buy Now I wouldn't buy electronics from anywhere else, I'd drive passed other ones just for this one. This manager turned that store from a faceless branch of a corporation to a place that I point towards and passionately tell anyone talking about their next tv, computer, etc to GO THERE AND ASK FOR MY NEW FRIEND DREW AND HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Ps. To Best Buy..make this guy the GM or something I swear he's an irreplaceable asset to you
