  • It used to be so much better when it was "Fernwood" but the new management company "greystar" messed it up! Very unprofessional staff, not quite nice people working there, terrible in communicating with customers. the girl who usually works there doesn't know what the heck is going on most of the time and it's absolutely useless help! they do not care about customers or renters. But, nice and decent apts, good rent rates compare to other complexs if you're looking for a small apt in for one or two person in a good neighborhood.
