rev:text	Being from out of town and not having a lot of time due to work, Pep Boys really came through for me and my Toyota RAV4. Let me make it clear that they never did work on my car but the customer service was top notch. My check engine light came on, the mechanic Jose spent over an hour running all of the diagnostic tests and couldn't find the problem. The front customer service rep Chris was very friendly and made sure to give me up to date statuses while I was waiting. They gave me a referral to an auto electric expert and did not charge me anything since they couldn't find the problem. The referral they gave me was Mays Auto Electric and he ended up being amazing. Even though Pep Boys couldn't help me, I would highly recommend their services still because they were honest and dependable.
