  • When I first moved in this place wasn't so bad but now it went downhill fast. The water is always shut off without any notice. Now all of a sudden I have roaches everywhere I look. I have sprayed, laid out traps and nothing. The office people don't care or have any concerns for what is happening around here. The play area for the kids is always dirty and has broken glass everywhere. There is always something going on around here. I use to feel safe here and now I don't even want to leave my apartment especially at night. One of my neighbors was robbed at gun point in broad daylight. So now I get my kids in and out of the car as quickly as I can. Each month since the end of last year things just seem to get worse and worse by the day. I'm looking forward to the day my lease is up. This place just wants your money and to do nothing for you. Don't bother asking for any maintenance cause they take their sweet time to help and when they do come they do as little as possible. STAY AWAY!! You will be happy you did.
