If I could give less than a star I would. My AC unit went out in Phoenix on a Saturday with the temperature in excess of 100 degrees. I was told by One Guard that none of their vendors were available until Monday!
The supervisor then went on to explain that they would kindly offer a $60 credit towards a hotel room for a family of four. They refused to offer compensation if we hired another local vendor that "could" service our AC on Saturday. Before I hung up the phone my wife had already found a local vendor that could be out within the hour.
What kind of company would leave a family with two small children in this kind of situation? We have to get to work on Monday morning and send our kids to school from a hotel room?
Does this company value their customers safety and well being? Family of four left in 100 degree plus heat!
I wrote a prior review of One Guard and I am retracting it because they rectified the situation. I am glad they reached out to my wife on Monday and took the necessary steps to fix this situation.
Thank you!
