  • The staff upfront needs major training on customer service. When my husband and I walked into the dispensary we were not greeted at all. The two receptionist were chatting with each other while my husband and I are waiting to be checked in. Since they were too busy chatting with each other I finally said "hello". They looked up at us, checked our ID's, and that was it, off you go. What happened to greeting your customers? Is it really that hard to say "hello" or "thank you"?? On top of that, the sales people on the floor are uneducated on the product they're selling . The girl that was helping us was polite, but she didn't know much about the strains. Oh well, plenty of dispensary to check out in Vegas.
