  • I'm a weekend warrior and will frequently shop here for odds and ends. They carry specialty woodworking items that the big box stores just don't. Most of the staff is exceedingly helpful and polite. So why only two stars? I returned some items recently and was "helped" by who I can only assume is the manager. The minute he found out I was returning something, he became very short and borderline rude. With this kind of customer service, I might as well shop online.
