  • We tried to eat at the sugar jam for lunch today. The gentleman at the register told us to take a seat and someone would be with us. He stood at the register and took people's orders at the counter who came in after us. No one ever came to our table or acknowledged us so after watching him serve 3 more sets of people, we got up and left. He just watched us leave and never said a word. We won't ever go back...
