  • My friend who lives in Vegas met up w/ me to take me around outside the Vegas Strip and DTLV which are the only spots I usually stay when visiting. So she decided to first take me to Red Rock Canyon. As we entered we parked here at the visitor center to use the restroom and see the store and other things here before heading to the actual canyon and other attractions to see. Note the restrooms are outside of the visitor center there are none inside. Once inside you do get a nice window view of the Red Rock Canyon and some history notes and other things to look at and read about the canyon. Of course there is also a gift shop as well. Also cell service here is very spotty most areas you won't get a signal at all.
