  • Rowan Real Estate has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Over the past few years I have sent numerous emails and phone calls with no response. Any time you get the chance to speak with one of their representatives (which isn't very often) they act as if you are bothering them. I have even gone to the extent of emailing the owner and surprise surprise... no response. We are not difficult tenants but they treat us like we are. I do not want to move but this rental company is so bad that they make me want to just to get away from them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
