  • Shame on the Prather Family! Well I am not happy with The Palms. They have 841.00 of my money with no refund and my friend spent 400.00 forc their 2015-2016 season! They knew they were in financial stress and knowingly sent an email out to past ticket holders in the 85205 zip code area at the beginning of August 2015. Offering us a free tour and discounts on tickets. We took the tour August 13, 2015 and bought future tickets. Then on August 22nd, I noticed I was overcharged. I tried calling several times and emailing the ticket office regarding the overcharge. I always received their voicemail and my emails went unanswered. I finally called late Sept 2nd, only to hear the voicemail say they are on vacation and will return Sept 9th. Then on Sept 9th, I received their apologetic email that due to financial debt they are closing and no refunds will be due!!!! Shame on them for taking advantage of us only 3 weeks before closing!
