  • This is the worse airline in the world, everyone is rude. Changing planes from Chicago to Phoenix they changed the gate without telling anyone so we almost got on the wrong plane. And then on top of that they broke into my luggage and stole my lock and now it's gone and they haven't replaced it. So I will never fly this airline again not do I recommend anyone else do either.
