rev:text	If I could give this bank, Riverview branch, Heloc department, and its associates a zero I would certainly do so. The Heloc was a nightmare and apparently the bank associate was unable to follow through with any way to resolve any issues I experienced. Even though it was a 27K Heloc, first the Heloc department said my account did not exist. I asked for interest only payments but for some reason only two people (I was one) of all had a glitch in their account. This must be due to its antiquated computer system. The Riverview branch for loans was horrible. I had to beg for the money of only 5K and had to go to the Val Vista branch for assistance. They, too, had to spend long phone waits, connections to different departments, and still no resolution. The Val Vista manager was kind enough to cash the Heloc check and work thing out at his end. The Riverview office barely answered the emails and dropped the ball on several occasions. After stopping automatic deductions online and by phone, they still continued to deduct the monthly payment (not interest only) even after the Heloc was paid in full. I suggest anyone looking for an easy to use Heloc look elsewhere where the bank and Heloc computer systems are linked. Perhaps the employees can be more knowledgeable of the products. I am very disappointed since a good friend of mine referred me. He is a mortgage broker and I told him what I experienced. He sent a lot of people and has stopped any and all referrals. Be cautious with this bank.
