Edited this review - I'll keep it short and simple. There isn't one person at this organization that has a sense of what customer service really looks like. After months and months of issues (being lied to for 6 weeks by employee SAM) and then verbally assaulted by then manager BILL, they finally agreed to give me a refund. I'm taking a refund substantially less than what they should step up to provide but I want to be done with this! Now, 5 weeks after they promised me a refund they go quiet again! Can't get a hold of anyone. And new manager Pablo has voice mail box that is full - real professional....
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Issues not resolved coming up on half a year!
