  • RIP OFF! I figured I would save myself some money by going back to regular polish instead of gel since my money is tight right now. I needed to soak off my gel and asked for a regular manicure with regular polish. They wanted to charge me $10 to soak off my polish even though I was still getting another manicure just regular OPI instead of Gel. So I was forced into a Gel manicure even though that's not what I wanted because It doesn't make financial sense to pay $20 for a regular manicure. The owner was rude. She was speaking to my manicurist in their own language and talking about me by their tone and giggles. Even though I paid cash they would not give me a discount with the coupon I ended up having to use for the get manicure. She was yelling at the girl ringing me up telling her to charge me extra. After reading all the reviews I should have known better. Do not give this rude woman your business!
