  • After being "taken" by our last A/C guy we interviewed many and got quotes from several companies for a new compressor and handler, Jorge Flores was the only one that asked to see the handler in the attic to be sure of the work involved. This attention to what we would need put him at the top of my husband's list and second on mine because there was 1 less expensive quote and I was paying the bill. I had my husband negotiate, and Flores, though still second was able to get us an additional discount for a much better unit, and a WIFI thermostat that made it worth the second place $$. Due to our hectic work schedule Flores agreed to come on Saturday; they worked till lunch and said they had discovered some difficulties they were not counting on. Our price did not change! They worked several hours over what they expected and now we have a QUIET unit that is expected to bring us years of comfort and savings! Thank you Jorge and family for making the expense feel worth it!
