  • I came to this dealership after researching several vehicles and coming to the conclusion that a 2015 Toyota Corolla was the best fit for me and my budget. I went on their website and saw their inventory and subsequently scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle. On my initial visit, I was greeted by sales associate Slade Talbot. He was very kind, non-pushy, patient, and informative during the sales process. I was in a tough situation since the vehicle I wanted to trade in had extremely high mileage for a 2013 (around 95,000 miles), so I knew I was going to be around $7,000 upside down with negative equity. Slade was very honest and forthcoming about what my options were. He and a finance manager were kind and respectful of the offers I made for a monthly payment. I decided to take time to think about it and went home to discuss my options with my fiance. Slade was very patient and did his best to get me the best deal with the final offer I made with the dealership. We eventually reached a negotiation which I thought was fair and sealed the deal! My first visit (test drive, vehicle appraisal, financing offers) only took about an hour and a half. When I came back for my second visit to seal the deal, the final finance paperwork and signatures only took about an hour. It was very fast and simple for a car purchase! They offered me a great deal and I'm loving my new Corolla! I've had the vehicle for nine days now. As for their service, I've been working with Tom, who is very kind and helpful. I had service get my windows tinted as it was a part of the original deal. The service department did great on the windows, but when I got home I noticed a scratch on my trunk that was not there prior to service. I called Tom and he told me to he would look at the vehicle for me this coming Tuesday. I understand accidents happen. So I'm hoping the scratch is taken care of. If so, I'll definitely keep this five star review up! If not, I'll be changing it. Overall, however, I've had some very positive experiences with this dealership. UPDATE: Tom definitely lived up to his word and took care of the scratch. The area looks brand-new. Service department is very kind and efficient. Great job!
