rev:text	So I brought my car into Showtime car wash today. I dropped it off for their platinum wash. I proceeded to walk across the street to get some lunch while they washed it. I came back 10 minutes later to find the car still sitting there. As I walk up they tell me while they were vacuuming it my seat got stuck in the forward position. I checked and yes it did not move. They then accused me of bringing in a car with a broken seat. After troubleshooting it for 10 minutes I decided to check the fuse. It had popped due to he fact they had tried to keep putting no the seat forward and it wouldn't go any further. They did not have the fuse. Luckily Mercedes has a bag of fuses in the trunk and there was one I could use. I explained there is a lever to be able to move the seat forward without having to adjust a persons seat. (It isn't their place to move my seat setting.) The manager said he would go get a fuse to replace mine. At the end of the wash, I had to track down the the manager who then couldn't find a fuse for me. I was late for work now because of this fiasco and instead of stepping up and taking care of me told me that,"I don't have the fuse." I asked if he would do something to make up for all the problems and he said "We don't give out free washes" I told him I didn't want a wash. I said he could give me a coupon for something off. "We don't do that either." The car wash itself was shabby at best. So I was late to work, almost had a broken seat and was out a fuse. Will never go again!! DONT GO TO THIS WASH.
