  • LOVE love love this place and the people who work here - my cat is a jerk - TRULY - all attitude and bluster - take him in to get claws trimmed and he tries to bite, he hisses, etc. I suggested a muzzle and that was the last thing the groomer wanted to have to do. Ultimately he had to but he made every effort to not, talked soothingly to my cat, had someone hold him by the scruff, to no avail. The groomer never lost his patience with my cat and had him ready to go in about 5 minutes - ALWAYS fast always friendly and always patient with my jerk cat THANK YOU GROOMINGDALES!!!
