Can you love a place that leaves you a quivering, sweaty mess? Absolutely! I recently added FGM to a fitness routine that includes running, spinning, strength training, yoga, and Pilates. I can say that this place and the wonderful trainers have done more for my fitness level in 6 weeks than anything else. I know trying new things can be intimidating, but trying FGM is so worth it. I just wish I had found them sooner. This has been a great addition to my training. I am even running faster. Woo hoo!
