I'll give 2 stars as the people I've dealt with are fine but the technology of this company is sad. Every day the modem will freeze and often need to be rebooted. You can't really manage your account online so I had to call to add channels (is this the only internet in the company that puts a phone number on their website to call and do business?? Someone should let them know you can do business on this here internet doo hickey!) Called and it was okay, took over 30 mins. Alot of the time was spent listening to the support guy tell me who great he is and how much better he does his job "because I'm all about the customer satisfaction"......well he cut a corner and failed to get my channels turned on. The next call I had to made managed to spot his problem and fix it in 5 mins. Again, why do I need to call and speak to people unable to put in an order when I already know what I want. When I ordered they didn't tell me I'd be in a 2 year contract or I would have left. I just don't understand how they can be an ISP (in business) but not allow customers to shop on their own website???? Previous location took over 3 trips by technicians, all claiming they got it fixed (until the next one came in and called the first one's idiots before lecturing me on their beliefs of quality work. Do they train people to talk about how great they are? And how much they value quality work? Just a note, if you actually give quality service you don't have to tell customers about it, we'll see it.
