  • I drive by this branch alot but never went in until today4/20/2018. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never go to this branch again! I called the REAL CUSTOMER service number! The Professional who I spoke to was a real human and not a ROBOT! He is the only reason I am not closing my a Business account and Personal. I hope that whatever outcome comes of this because on my behalf The Private Client Professional I spoke to told me that a Formal Complaint on my behalf due to the Terrible Service I received after I explained. Wake up Manager and Train your Employees not to be Robots! Think Outside of the Box
