  • I purchased a bag from them, but all glazing came off. I brought it to the store and they were very kind to send it to France for a repair. Unfortunately, it was defective and not "up to their standards" bag and they offered me to buy another bag. I asked them for the same bag but they told me its not available at that time. I tried to order different bag but the one i wanted was discontinued. So, I asked for my money back which they declined. It doesn't make sense to me. You sold me a defective bag, you cannot provide me with the same bag , the other bag I would like to purchase is discontinued AND you wouldn't give me my money back. I called AMEX and they are dealing with them right now. Customer service doesn't exist.
