  • This place specializes in one thing -horrible customer service that is extremely slow. Especially when you have more than five people behind the counter and you have a long line you would think that at least somebody else will step in to help them make the coffee. I had people that had ordered after me and they received their drinks before me. I finally had to ask somebody behind the counter to give me one of the other lattes they had made for somebody in the drive-through. It's not the first time. No thanks- I'll drive to Dunkin right down the street.
