I've been a gun enthusiast since my very young years so I have plenty of experience with different firearms and also with many different gun stores, both here in Vegas and in San Diego. I walked into Black Rifle Armory on W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy a few weeks ago looking to purchase an M&P 15 Sport II and a Canik TP9SFX. There was one person behind the counter who didn't so far as greet me as I entered the store(can't remember his name but an older gentleman). I was the only one in the store. After a few minutes I decided to engage the gentleman myself. Right away for some reason I knew I was not welcome in the store. "Hi there how's your day going?" He just looked at me and did not respond. I then let him know that I was there to purchase the Sport II and the SFX. I asked him if he had them in stock and his "dry" response was- "the SFX is in the back but I don't feel like unpacking it right now." WHAT?!?! haha UNBELIEVABLE!!! By the way I'm a 46 year old Mexican man. A few minutes into this exchange my friend walked in(black) and things just became even more uncomfortable. My friend asked him "are you uncomfortable with us being here?" He looked at the both of us with the most disgusted look on his face and turned his back to us. Remember, I'm at the counter looking to purchase a rifle and a 9mm. Now I only mention our ethnicity because nothing else made sense. We were extremely friendly/polite with him as with anyone else. Finally we realized our money was not wanted there. Most horrible experience I've encountered in a gun store or anywhere else. Just thought I'd share my own experience with Black Rifle Armory on W.
