  • Called to get WiFi service installed, they ran my credit then I paid a deposit and we scheduled a date of installation. Was called by century link within the next 2 days saying they weren't gonna be able to come to my place until next month. Really? You could have told me that before I paid a deposit? Called back to get my deposit back and was literally transferred from person to person for at least 45 minutes as if they were intentionally messing with me. Once I was at about 45 minutes on phone, the last person I was transferred to hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the lady refused. It was such a hassle just to get my deposit back from them, literally over a week. So glad that I did not end up with century link, very unprofessional. So ended up with a hard credit pulling my credit report for nothing. If you think about switching to century link, please think twice and read all these reviews. It's not worth the hassle
