  • it was a great place first 3 years ,after 2 dissapointment with an apprentice breathing on me and applying me eyelashes with hot tweezers ( Deziree) and also last final disssapointment with A Lash Artist named Desiree as she applied length she wanted without respecting how I wanted. at the front office, rep talked over me as she is a master. called Taylor the manager no respond. sent message to Reyna the owner no answer. I just need my money back . this place is going downhill bad service and disrespectful employees.
