  • Kind of surprised to read the review on here. I just finished a year-long lease through Rentals America, and had a great experience. My rep was Kelsie, who showed me the property, screened me, helped me during my year there, and followed up with everything after I moved out. I had a few issues with the place when I moved in, but Kelsie promptly had someone out to fix everything. When I moved out, I actually got my FULL deposit amount back. That NEVER happens. I'd rent through them again any time.
