  • Bad no bueno. Came in for a fill they tell me 15 I say okay. She did a shorty job. Nails were crooked and polish was clumpy. She purposely made one I needed repaired super thin and when I'd ask for it to be thicker she gave me attitude. They spoke a different language amongst each other the whole time. I go to the front to pay and they tell me 23 dollars saying I'm getting charged extra for the removal and repair and when I said I just wish you'd told me they said "oh thought you knew" how is a new customer in a store without signs supposed to know?? And know I'm left with shit nails.
