  • We hired Al in the summer of 2015 to upgrade our furnace, install central air, and install a split unit on the 3rd floor of our house. The quote he gave us seemed too good to be true...and well, it was. Our furnace and central air are working great 2 years after install, which is the only reason I am giving a two-star review instead of a one-star review. After putting in a split unit which never worked, Al ghosted us (repeated calls and texts went unanswered) and we finally brought in another contractor recently. Turns out it was wired in wrong. Super nice guy, I certainly hope our experience was an anomaly, but buyer beware.
